This is the second full lenght cd release from this Swiss Death Metal band. 1999's "Embrace It" was a great album, but this tears it a new one. My favorite tracks would include: the track list. Seriously, this album has it all. Check out "Dreamscape", which has a really cool intro and solo section. Then there's the instrumental "Borderline". That in itself is a jaw dropper, not something you'd normally here in Death Metal. Not because it's an instrumental, I mean in the sense that it's heavy/groovy in a Black Sabbath or Rush sort of way. "Madness Sweet Madness" is a fast and thrashy one, that really shows the band in all it's three-piece glory also Broken Cycle shows the diversity of eyes see red. The mix is nice for distinquishing between instruments. Nice and clear, with nothing buried. The true sign of a talented band. The front cover art is displayed on our main page for your sick viewing pleasure, now buy this cd. I promise you won't be disappointed. |
